True Beginner - 12 Week Training Plan

This is a 12 week training plan. The goal of the True Beginner program is to take you from minimal or no running to being able to run continuously for 20 minutes. This program assumes that you are able to walk for up to 30 minutes. If you are unable to walk for up to 30 minutes, feel free to contact us for advice on how to get there!
