Includes unlimited e-mail and phone communication along with training plan delivered weekly. If you are local to Fort Collins, this also includes a monthly one-on-one training session.

Additional In Person
Want more than your monthly one-on-one? For one additional weekly training session, it's $10. It's $25/month to just add a training session to every week. This is only available in addition to the standard monthly plans.

GET TO KNOW ME
I am an RRCA certified coach with experience running up to a D1 level, at distances from 800m to the full marathon. I have worked with people of all backgrounds with various goals, whether it's simply to get started on their running journey or to conquer an ultra marathon. While my area of expertise is definitely in road and track running, I am happy to help with your trail goals as well! I am available both as a remote coach or as an in person coach, depending on your location.
I currently offer one standard, monthly package, but am happy to work with you if that does not suit your needs (ie. you feel you need MORE one-on-one, or alternatively, if you are just looking for a one-size-fits-all plan with very little interaction/changes to save some money). I want coaching to be accessible to whoever wants or needs it, so I am more than happy to see if we can find a way to make something fit financially.
At the end of the day, I consider training successful if we can keep you injury free and HAPPY! Your mental well being as a runner is as important to me as your physical well being, having been through burn out myself.
